$3.50 shopping for all ENVY party guests:If you are purchasing online as part of an ENVY Party with a Host identified when placing your online order, then for just $3.50 you can have your beautiful jewellery pieces shipped to your party Host or Consultant – your Host or Consultant will then provide you with your beautiful jewellery in gift ready packaging.OR Flat rate direct shipping Australia-wide:If you want to buy online with your order shipped directly to your home or office, then we can deliver your beautiful jewellery for a flat rate Australia-wide within 3-5 business days or 1-2 business days – its your choice.
OPTION A – $6.95 direct shipping within 3–5 business days:If you want to buy online with shipping direct to your home or business within 3-5 business days then for a flat rate of $6.95 we can deliver your beautiful jewellery in gift-ready packaging to anywhere in Australia.
OPTION B: $9.95 express direct shipping within 1–2 business days:If you want to buy online with shipping direct to your home or business within 1-2 business days then for a flat rate of $9.95 we can deliver your beautiful jewellery in gift-ready packaging to anywhere in Australia.
Our shipping promise:We guarantee to process all in-stock items within 1-2 business days once we receive your order and to then deliver all orders within 3-5 business days or 1-2 business days depending on your chosen shipping method.
When can I expect my package?The shipping method you select during checkout will determine when you receive your package. Once an order is placed, all in stock items are shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. During this “order processing time” our warehouse is busy picking, packing and readying your order.
Once our courier picks up your order they will deliver it 3-5 business days or 1-2 business days Australia-wide depending on your chosen shipping method.
What I need to understand about processing time & delivery time:• We guarantee to process all in stock items within 1-2 business days from your order date.
• During new product launch & Christmas, we process orders within 2-3 business days from your order date.
• Orders placed before 6:00am EST will usually ship within the same business day. If your order is placed after 6:00am EST, please allow for 1 additional business day of order processing time.
• All orders submitted over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
• Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
