Our Privacy Policy fully complies with the Privacy Act 1988 and represents the industry’s best practice. This Privacy Policy applies to any portion of the ENVY website including the official corporate website and the Consultant only portion of the website.
Personal information collected:ENVY does not sell, share or trade customers personal information collected online with third parties. Personal information collected online will only be disclosed within our corporate group for internal use only.
Collection of customer personal information:When you create an ENVY account the personal information we collect may include your:

Collection of consultant personal information:When you become an ENVY Consultant you provide personal information by completing a required Consultant Agreement. When you sign a Consultant Agreement you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as set out above, including for the calculation and processing of rebates.
Updating your personal information:You can update your personal information anytime by accessing your account on the ENVY website.
Security of your personal information:ENVY ensures that all personal information collected will be safely and securely stored. We protect your personal information by:

– Maintaining technology products to prevent unauthorised computer access
– Securely destroying your personal information when it’s no longer needed for our record retention purposes
