Order Information

How do I order online?Once you’ve done your shopping, checking out is super easy and fast! You can always view what you’ve purchased by clicking the shopping bag icon at the top of the page. Once you are ready to check out, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button to place your order. If you have questions, please contact your Consultant.

What are my payment options?We accept MasterCard, VISA and PayPal. Orders are billed as they are placed.

Can I change an order after it is placed?Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed online. Please contact your Consultant if you need to modify your order.

What if I have an out of stock item in my order?Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of the items listed on our site and in our catalogue, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If this is the case, the website will show the expected ship date. You can go ahead and place the order and it will ship immediately once it is back in stock, or you can add the item to your Wishlist and place the order at a later date.

Why do I have to create an account to place an online order?By creating an account, you will be able to check on the status of your orders and reap other great ENVY benefits. You may access your account by using your email address and a password you create. Only you will have access to this information.

What is the status of my order?You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You can always ask your Consultant to check the Courier’s delivery tracking service.
