Returns

What is your Product Guarantee?It’s Simple. If you purchased an item through a Consultant or from our website, and you are not pleased with how the item has worn, simply give us a call and we’ll make it right!All our products may be returned for replacement due to a manufacturer’s defect, with your original proof of purchase. To replace an item due to a manufacturer’s defect, please contact your Consultant who can assist you.Lost items or items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not covered under our replacement policies.

What is your return policy?Enjoy free returns! Return your item, no questions asked within 365 days of your original ship date.We are happy to refund you the original price paid of the item and associated tax to your original form of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. We will even provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label to make the process that much easier. Cash refunds are not available.Returns are accepted on unworn items in resalable condition (excludes sale items, Party Specials, Display Items and Business Supplies, which are Final Sale). Items must be returned in original packaging and accompanied with proof of purchase. Items not in their original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Final Sale items cannot be returned.

How do I return a product?Start with your Consultant. Your Consultant can easily process most returns, replacements and exchanges online for you. Within 1 business day of your Consultant submitting your return request, your Consultant will email you a pre-paid shipping label to return your purchase to ENVY. You can also find this label in your online account associated with your returned order.If you don’t know your Consultant, please contact Customer Care and we will be happy to assist you.

 How do I package my return?Simply apply the shipping label emailed to you by your Consultant or our Customer Care team to the outside of your box. Items must be returned in the original packaging and accompanied with the original proof of purchase. The box in which the items were originally shipped can be reused if the size is still appropriate.

 How do I return a Host Reward item?Your Consultant can assist you in processing any returns for items purchased with Host Rewards. Any unworn items purchased with Host Rewards can be refunded for up to 365 days. Any unworn items purchased with your 50% off credit can also be refunded to your original form of payment for up to 365 days. Original shipping will not be refunded.

Exchange FAQs

How do I package my exchange?Simply apply the shipping label emailed to you by your Consultant or our Customer Care team to the outside of your box. Items must be returned in the original packaging and accompanied with the original proof of purchase. The box in which the items were originally shipped can be reused if the size is still appropriate.
